Service for Heart problem handled so so never saw a Cardiologist but medication worked 

Came into Emg 12:30 am Heart problem.

Went in with Pereaneal numbness they keep me for 10 days, did two mri ct scan lumber puncture . Was seen by neurology . Said I had conversion disorder . Legs were numb . 

Did an mri and found out why my neck hurts 

Je suis arrivée à l’urgence avec le bras cassé vers 20h. J’ai attendu le docteur jusqu’à 4h du matin.

Probleme du coeur

Arrivée en ambulance, infirmière et docteur de nuit humains, mais dès que le staff de nuit est parti, le party s'est pris avec les infirmiers qui se pourchassent avec des bouteilles de savon er qui crient et rient de cela, alors qu'il y a des patients qui dorment ou essaient de se calmer. Infirmiere de jour condescendente, docteur qui change de langue quand ça lui plait et qui n'écoute pas ce qu'on dit. On m'a renvoyé à la maison avec un gravol pour nausée et difficulté respiratoires (asthme non controlé) en me disant de me calmer. M'ont fait passee un test de Covid 19 2 fois, m'ont jamais rappelé et il faut que je chasse au téléphone pour savoir ce qui se passe ( a l'hopital on m'a dit que si je ne recevait pas d'appel en 2 jours que je n'avais rien, et quand je rappelle car je respire mal on me dit quon est sensé me rappeler, positif ou pas) et de contacter les archives. Archives disent qu'ils n'ont rien. Ça fait 3 semaines. Cet hopital n'a que le staff de nuit qui est compétent! Dommage car ils ont l'une des meilleures infrastructures.

True emergencies are triaged quickly and taken care of well. Non-emergency numbers are too high and clog the system. Go to a clinic if it's not an emergency, you'll be seen faster.

Took a fast look at u and sent u home Not even to see what the problem is They think they know everything but they really don't care

Yes whey see what the nurses and doctor do sometimes talk about the week-end and the patient wait wait to be seen after 10 hours

EMERGENCY ROOM = EMERGENCY Except HOURS of wait if you arent emerge nt. Everyone thinks they are an emergency but you usually are not. Calm down. Its public health care. You dont see what goes on in the back.

Excellent hospital. Great staff

Anybody complaining about the wait, look up the definition of what an EMERGENCY room is and how the triage system works. While you were waiting 16 hours in the front the healthcare team is dealing behind the scenes with real emergencies like active strokes or heart attacks. Even if the ER is half empty they cut the number of staff and they have no way of capping the patients as they are the only ER in the province that doesn’t refuse ambulances when they are full. For urgent care go see your family MD/NP, go to a clinic or pay the 10000$ a private visit should actually cost you. If that’s a problem you should really be complaining to the Minister of Health why they can’t get their shit together after decades of mismanagement of frontline services.

On est traité beaucoup plus rapidement dans un pays sous développer!! 7h d'artente pour des douleurs atroces. Aucun antidouleur. Gestion du temps et des patients déficients!

Please don't go there you can wait hours and hours.

I dont know what these people are talking about. Its minimum a 7 hour waiitng period before seeing a doctor, if you want to add tests and getting results back. Add another 5-9 hours to that.

Expected at least six hour wait. There for ten. Blood tests. Very thorough. Every staff member jovial and pleasant. Left the hospital on cloud nine. Oh and the meals were great

Arrive at 6, saw the doctor, tests got done, got results and was out by 9:30. Great nurses and doctor. Took time to answer my question. Amazing compare to some hospitals.

Spécialiste très compétent

The first triage nurse was fantastic. The second one was not so nice. Said “too bad!” when i said that the IV hurt (thinking she could readjust). Been here nearly 6 hours. Not acceptable. In all fairness, i have had a good past experience here. This time and the last, not so much.

Great staff long waiting time

They were so kind and quick! Easily the best hospital in Montreal!!!

Hopital refait a neuf aux urgences. Le personnel est tres sympathique et competent. Le temps d attente etait tres court. En plus il y a plein de commerces !.

We went there during night shift and there were two nurses who were extremely rude. I understand that they could be exhausted but I cried because of their lack of empathy and because I couldn’t answer or say anything. It’s a pity..

Terrible service, terrible outcome, won't ever go back there again. If you get bit by a tick and have a lyme disease bulls eye rash they are entirely impotent to help you.

Best hosptial out there regarless of rhe long wait times which is completly out any staff memwbers control they did there best.

Extremely competent staff, very clean. The Jewish Hospital deserves its great reputation. I refuse to ever settle for another hospital again.
