Moi infirmière me dit ses 5 heure attente et 1 heure après triage attend mon nom et me donne une civière et dit doit être surveillé vu mon état et après vois médecin, test , prise de sang , scan et la décision ses qui et votre neurochirurgien au neuro on va vous transfère et vous serez opéré . Prend van medic vers le neuro . Merci à cette infirmière que oui revue au neuro 

Infirmière exceptionelle! Si tu y va pour une réelle urgence, tu passes presque oj définitivement irréversible uuuppn

Hôpital génial à l'écoute de leurs patients prise en charge très rapide lorsque ses une vrais urgence je remercie tout le personnel❤️

The staff here are amazing. They are dealing with so much pressure but they are always professional. 

It's truly a mixed bag at this hospital. Sometimes they are great, other times the doctors are dismissive and rude. As a chronically ill patient with a severe rare vomiting syndrome, most of the doctors tend to dismiss me and think I'm coming in for painkillers when my stomach is so painful from vomiting for hours, days or weeks on end.

Mon conjoint a été pour une déchirure au genou. Vraiment décevant comme expérience. Après 2 jours à l’urgence nous somme allés dans une autre urgence. Et il a été opéré d’urgence par l’ortho. 

A somewhat unclear initial Triage, and forced to wait uncomfortably over night, I spent 17 hours in total, only to be seen for less than 2 minutes. When I started asking questions about the paperwork being flung at me as the physician started leaving, she seemed extremely annoyed.

Personnel soignant ( infirmieres et préposées ) très professionnel et courtois. En revanche très mécontent du médecin de garde aux Urgences la nuit du 22 au 23 Février. Si mon épouse n’avait pas insisté sur les résultats de certains tests, elle repartait sans Aucun traitement, avec des douleurs aux reins . De plus son diagnostic était éronné . 12h de perdus aux Urgences pour rien et aux conséquences qui auraient pu être graves. Affligeant.

Personnel genial ... sauf Pour une preposee Ou une infirmiere de nuit a l’urgence Au moni sans pudeur qui passe des remarques totalement gratuit et avec prejuges ! Si t’aime pas les humains change de job ! Dommage que je n’ai pas eu le temps de spoter son nom Car j’aurais faite une plainte a l’ordre sur ses propos gratuit !

Went to ER 3 times in a matter of 2 months for major back pain caused by a herniated disc. The triage nurse was great, but the resident and attending on call were absolutely terrible. They gave me morphine pills for 3 days ( not something I wanna start taking ) and told me that there's nothing they can do and if the pain continues to come back for more medication. NO TEST WERE ORDERED!! They seemed annoyed at the fact that i was there. Told me to switch jobs and go home. Im 28 years old, pain is getting to the point that i now need a cane to help me walk.

I have nothing but good things to say about the staff at MGH. They were kind, compassionate, and caring, and checked on me often. Possibly due to the nature of my visit, but they work hard, and it was evident

I subscribed to Doctr ER premium through Google [GPA.3324-2642-6990-93523] but am unable to access Premium as it constantly shows "error". I don't use Facebook at all, so I had no choice but to post this here.

In 2016 I spent Christmas Eve in the ER due to chest pain. Full follow-up in Cardiology for months till they cleared me; it was anxiety. These people work under difficult conditions 24/7 to help. They work fast & don’t always smile. So what. They’re the best & they save lives. Work with them, donate & stop complaining; complain to gov’t instead for bad underfunding causing delay. Thanks MUHC. ❤️

Suite a une infectiin au rein et sachant que nai des pierre au rein jai ete pris en charge toute suite par contre leur protocole est vraiment pas agreable en attendant les teste les resultat il te couche pas sur une civiere il tassois sur une chaise qui setant pas tres confirtable avev ton soluter morphine gravol

je me suis présenté une première fois suite à une chute. j'ai attendu 10 heure pour avoir un scan et m'ont retourné me disant que j'avais pas de fracture. j'ai dû demander une relecture de scan par un autre medecin pour apprendre que j'avais une fracture du bassin. ils sont désorganisé et incompétents

Sprain ankle. Took 5hr for triage, wait, x-ray, wait, doctor. Great compare to others

Saw dietition didnt go well she admitted me for malnutrition and dehydration
