Seriously questioning how she is a Doctor. Won’t treat more than one issue leading to incomplete appointments. Waste of time. Appletree is better believe it not. 

Seeing the bad reviews and 1 question policy, I was anxious to see her.  But I knew I had 15 minutes, she was rude and condescending, and literally made  me leave after 5 minutes of consultation even though I waited a long time to see her. Switching to a walk in clinic.  Not worth being treated like garbage especially when I’m sick.  

I saw her years ago. I honestly hoped she had been put out of practice after we found out she left the clinic I saw her in. I and another family member of mine saw her and she was awful to us. She raised her voice constatntly. Belittle. And would just generally be angry for daring to talk to her.

Speaking in my personal experience, I was a teenager and had/have alot of different things I need help from a doctor for. Most, if not all of these have things that intertwine. Which means by default, it would break her "1 question/issue per appointment". Which I would do my best to abide by but sometimes can't be avoided. Example: Anxiety & depression can be related and treated together but I can't talk about both even if they are connected.

No matter what I did I was wrong in this woman's eyes.
At times I brought my parent in to help me, because I have hearing issues and sometimes require help, especially with strong accents, but also because I was at the time dealing with severe PTSD and anxiety so had a hard time articulating thoughts especially to a person who is constantly raising their voice at me.
She would proceed to not let sed parent help me. Even in just repeating Leiki's exact words but just in a tone I could hear/understand better.
If my parent said anything on behalf of me, even if just repeating me, Lieki wouldn't hear it insisting it had to be from me.
BUT if I went in alone, and talked about my conditions and such, in my own words, she would get angry and insult me saying "Use your words not your parents!" because apparently I can't speak for myself? And because of this she would straight up not listen.

Every appointment was like this. I always ended up crying. I kept not receiving care I desperatly needed. And yet I was too unwell to have no doctor so I stayed.

My last straw was seeing her, asking her to help me get on disability since I need a doctor to sign off on that. She said the following, as a DIRECT quote: "You aren't r-----ed enough for that." Yes she used the ableist R-slur to say that I wasnt disabled enough. (For the record, with a new doctor I easily got on disability because I very much am "disabled enough" & if anything more disabled then she liked to potray me as.)
That was our last straw. We put in a complaint with the owner of the clinic who admitted it wasnt the first complaint on her theyd received and shortly after we noticed she no longer worked there.

I got into a conversation with someone and this experience came up and I decided to look her up. The latest review on here is from 2022 so I have no clue if she is still in practice but I decided to share my experience. Considering how validating it was for me to see other peoples experiences from here, I would like to share mine. I'm sorry to all of you who have also had the displeasure of being her patient.

Worst doctor ever.  I echo every other review of her on here.  Extremely rude and condescending.  Total asshat.  Went MIA during Covid then found her by chance at Restore and now, lo and behold not surprisingly, onto another clinic!  Strongly doubt she informs any, abandoning all as she goes.  That means she give zero f*cks about any patient. I give zero stars in return and would post as such if only possible.  Disgusting that she has an MD.

The worst doctor of all time! First off she was an hour and a half late for my appointment. Next, she is very rude and I struggled heavily to get her to give me a medical note for school even though my case required me to go to the emergency room (as per her diagnosis). She ended our conversation with “If you develop sepsis, don’t say it was my fault” and kept me guessing about what she meant. Told me she would tell me everything and ended up telling me absolutely nothing. 

Takes months just for a call back. Gets your ohip money and shoos you out the door as fast as possible. Language barrier is a big problem. I'm actually shocked we allow people this incompetent to practice medicine in Canada. 

Please do not see her. You are better off getting an appointment with a public clinic such as Appletree or Rocket Doctor. She moved locations and did not tell my family and lost some of our files. Instead of contacting any one of my family members, she took on new patients at a new clinic location and we had to search online to track her down.

The worst bedside manner I habe ever experienced. She has been my family doctor for years and not once has she validated my requests for medical aid. Need a referral for a new dermatologist because yours has moved away? No sorry. Need a blood test? No SOL. Need any medication or help of any kind? Go to the public clinic. She is no help.

She is the worst doctor every she can't deal even with human, she is not normal person. Don't go to her 

Avoid this doctor. Her office lost my test results  so I never got informations on the tests I took . This office is a money making operation you have to schedule more than one visit if you have more than one problem. This doctor is strangely very   interested in your family mental health. She does not follow through on her recommendations.

I was referred by health care connect 3 years ago. I went for an initial consultation and it went great. She gave me an immense amount of hope but then proceeded to never return my calls or receive my previous medical files. I've been trying for the last three years to get a hold of the location she works and inbox is full. At this point she is just scamming people by claiming them as patients and never supporting. Just making monthly money off scared and helpless people.

Avoid Dr. Anau Lieke. I was referred to her by the Ontario provincial system of referring people without a family GP. Dr. Lieke is dodgy, uncaring and will refuse to answer more than one question per visit. She will actually say to patients they may not ask more than one question. She will then likely reject you as a patient for any reason. In my case, she rejected me because I was taking progesterone and menopause-symptom relieving things prescribed by, and under the care of, my Nurse Practitioner at Live Well clinic in Guelph. Dr. Lieke said that my taking those non-western-medicine hormones posed too great a 'risk' for her and therefore she rejected me as a patient. I tried to explain to her how menopause works and how progesterone and DHEA helped me but she had no interest and I was over my one-question-per-visit limit. Avoid this person.
